5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors: Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (email marketing), WooCommerce/Automattic (e-commerce platform), Hostinger (web hosting). Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and a data processing agreement where required by GDPR.

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, login) and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

7. Data retention

Purchase records are kept for 7 years (tax law). Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form data is deleted after 12 months if no follow-up relationship exists.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data; data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any right, email export.compliance@annagoncz.com.
