We offer digital products (guides, workbooks) and online courses. All products are delivered digitally. Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Payments and pricing

All prices are in EUR. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. VAT may apply depending on your country of residence and the nature of the purchase.

4. Refund policy

Digital products: due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Courses: if you have not accessed the course materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, guides, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Anna Goncz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission. A licence to use purchased materials is granted for personal, professional use only.
